In case of differences, the Italian text prevails.
These conditions apply to bookings of the accommodation presented on villalucialucera.it. Read them before confirming: by confirming the booking you accept them.

The price
The price we give you is the total for the stay: it includes final cleaning and all mandatory costs. You pay for optional services only if you choose them.
The tourist tax is not included in the price: it is paid separately on arrival, if the municipality charges one, at the rate set by its regulations.
How to book
- Ask about availability for your dates, using the calendar or the contact details on the website.
- We reply in writing with the total price, the deposit and the link to these conditions.
- The booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation, after paying the deposit.
Deposit and payment
- Deposit: 30% of the total, within 3 days of our confirmation of the dates.
- Balance: on arrival.
- You can pay by bank transfer or, on arrival, in cash.
Cancellation
If you cancel the booking up to 14 days before arrival, we refund the deposit; after that, we keep it.
If we have to cancel it, we refund what you have paid straight away, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code does not apply: the booking concerns accommodation for specific dates (Article 59(1)(n)). The cancellation conditions above apply.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Check-out: by 11 am.
On arrival, each guest must show a valid identity document: by law we report their details to the police (Questura, Article 109 of the Italian Consolidated Law on Public Security).
Only the guests named in the booking may stay in the accommodation.
Complaints and jurisdiction
To make a complaint, write to martinanotarstefano98@gmail.com. The contract is governed by Italian law. If you book as a consumer, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court where you reside or are domiciled, if this is in Italy.
Personal data
How we process booking and guest data is explained in the privacy policy.
